Still Not Well

I know its my fault! Last night I ate a bowl of ice cream and now the running nose is back :(( Not to forget, I have difficulty in breathing in my sleep last night as well. I'm so stupid to follow my appetite, I should have beware of what I eat & drink. My stubbornness is beyond the limit nowadays *haihh* Now I serve what's right for me. Ya Allah please cure my flu, I want to get healthy as usual, please. Its hard to perform work when I'm sick especially with a running nose :( I don't want my colleagues to get infected by me too T_T
