How To Make A Bread Pudding

The simplest way to make a bread pudding....

These are all the ingredients :

1.  Cut the bread into four square.

2.  Slice the buttercup into smaller pieces and put it aside.

3.  Break the eggs in a bowl (usually 8 eggs per pyrex/baking tin) and stir.

4.  Pour in the whipping cream (1 Litre), fresh milk (1/2 Litre), essence vanilla.

5.  Put in the sugar (300gm).

6. Stir the mixture until the sugar is diluted.

7.  Spread the butter around the pyrex/baking tin.

8.  Dip bread into the mixture and arrange it in the pyrex/baking tin. Pour the balance mixture.

9.  Put the sliced butter on top of bread.

10.  Bake using a double boil method for 15 - 20 mins at 150 - 180 degree celcius.

And the result is...

Tadaaaaaaaaaa.....

It doesn't have to be a Gardenia bread,
you can also try swiss roll, or put in raisins in the mixture, or add a pinch of salt, or alter it as you like. :)

Good luck!
